The Primis debit card used to give 50 cents back per transaction—no matter how small.
Buy something for $0.20? You kept it and made 30 cents. Spend exactly $0.50? Congrats, it’s free. A $5 coffee was effectively 10% cashback. Anything under $10 was at least 5% cashback.
This thing became my daily driver. I used it more than my credit cards. My best month? About $45 in rewards.
Primis noticed. They sent me a warning for “repeated, unremitted use” of the debit card. That’s when I knew this feature was living on borrowed time.

On October 17, 2025, they killed it. Now it’s just 1% cashback debit card.
Gone but not forgotten.
