A couple of days ago I received an email from Virgin America titled “Last chance: Activate now for 10,000 bonus miles”.
Long story short The Elevate program is ending and if you activate your Alaska Airline Mileage Plan by December 31st then you’ll receive 10k Alaska miles.
The conversion itself is a rather effortless process.
Also remember that you get 1.3x multiplier when converting Elevate miles into Alaska miles. I also went ahead and converted my whole 500 The Elevate miles into 650 Alaska miles.
