Currently, UBS does not offer online application form (at least not for anyone who isn’t their client). You could call them at 888-762-1232 and talk to customer service representative (press 0) however there a less time consuming method.
You can email onlineservices@ubs.com with your physical address and they will mail your the application form. No, they will not email you the application nor can you fax or email them the application.
Currently there is a 100k bonus (requires renewing though) on their Visa Infinite personal as well as business card, however it is only available to UBS clients. If you’re not a UBS client then you get a 25k signup bonus.
How do you become a UBS client? You need at least 1 million. Currently you also need to be referred by or related to an existing member.
