As you may know Google has placed Project Fi travel trolley vending machine at various airports (full list by google). The perk of living in Chicago is that both ORD and MDW is equipped with a Fi travel trolley but like any other vending machines, Fi travel trolley sometimes runs out of items or simply breaks.
If such is the case then you can contact Fi via chat, email, or phone and then reach out to the Swyft phone or email they forward you to, or you can simply contact Swyft
- by calling 1-844-44-SWYFT (1-844-44-79938) or
- emailing support@swyftstore.com
They seem to respond to email promptly and they’ll happily ship a travel item to you for free but they’ll take their time to do so.
If you’re not a Project Fi subscriber then you may do so by clicking the link below. As a project Fi subscriber you’ll be able to use travel trolley once a week.
after 30 days of active line, we’ll both get $20 Fi credit
or just use the code 2TWE71
