T-Mobile often offers gift card incentive to lure customers in. A recent example was the 50% Off Pixel 2 Offer where eligible participants were shipped $325 debit card. This prepaid debit cards does not allow cash withdraw through ATM but there is another way to cash out at no fee whatsoever.
Register Your Card
The first step is to register your card.

- The above mentioned site will redirect you to na.citiprepaid.com which is where you could have started with
Once you are logged in, you’ll be able to see stuff like your current balance and transaction history.
Go to ‘Access $’ Tab
Once logged in, you can headover to the ‘Access $’ tab which will straight up tell you that you can cash out this debit card. All you need to do is
- carry your prepaid card and valid photo identification
- visit a member bank
- get your cash
You can pull up a list of “member bank” by visiting this link. This list more or less includes every bank but do note that not every branch is capable of doing cash advance on the spot (my local Bridgeview branch was not), however every major bank, say Chase, should be able to do this.
Summary
Walk into a bank, give ID and prepaid card, and ask for cash. Chase did not require any form fill-up. No fees whatsoever.
